The Mynd Resident Benefits Package
Our Resident Benefits Package is required for select properties. The package is an additional $39.95 per month ($49.95 per month if your home is listed to have Smart Home features), and covers essential services that can be costly and time-consuming to handle on your own. The package includes:
Air filter delivery
Every three months, we'll ship a new air filter for your HVAC system right to your door. Changing your filter regularly improves your air quality, saves you up to 15% on energy bills,* and reduces the chance of heating and cooling issues by up to 40%.**
On-demand pest control
You'll have access to on-demand pest control services up to four times per year, covering bed bugs, cockroaches, fleas, ticks, mites, and weevils. Keeping your home free of pests can cost up to $1200 per year.***
Resident Rewards
As an added bonus, you’ll be rewarded just for paying your rent on time. Earn points for gift cards and enjoy exclusive offers to help you save on everyday expenses.****
ID theft protection
Identity theft is on the rise, affecting many aspects of life, including your ability to pay rent. This package provides up to $1 million in coverage for each adult lease-signer, helping to safeguard your credit, finances, and personal information.
Smart Home
Enjoy smart home features like a remote smart lock, to provide keyless entry, and a smart thermostat that lets you control your home's temperature right from your smartphone.
Smart Home features are not available on all homes, and Smart Home features vary by home.

Transferring from another management company?<br> You will receive an email invitation to register for an account.
Didn’t receive an email?<br> Click here to sign up: you’ll need a government-issued ID so we can verify your identity.
2) Log in
After you register, log into the Mynd resident portal. You can access it via your desktop, or download the app for iPhone or Android.
